No, we have a side entrance next to Sea World Whale Watch which can be accessed without an entry ticket into Sea World.
No, there is no age limit when flying with Sea World Helicopters.
Our aircraft can carry up to 6 passengers at a time, or if you have a larger group we can use multiple aircraft.
Yes, please bring your camera or phone on board to record the fabulous views.
We require a minimum number of 4 passengers per flight, however, if you have only 1 or 2 passengers, we’ll match you up with another group.
There is no individual weight limit however there is a maximum total weight limit for the aircraft. Accurate passenger weights are critical for the safe operation of helicopters, please ensure that any supplied passengers’ weights are as accurate as possible. Sea World Helicopters are required by law to measure the weights of all passengers and any cargo that are transported on our helicopters before flight and mismatches between supplied and actual weights can lead to significant delays or non-refundable cancellations in some circumstances.
We are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm everyday and can accommodate flights outside of these times if required.
Although it is very rare, sometimes we do have to cancel a flight due weather. If this is the case, we can either reschedule your flight for you or refund your money.
We highly recommend you book your flight in advance however we can take bookings on the day based on availability.
Flight paths can be varied if all passengers are happy to do so, or if you want to plan your own private scenic charter.
Yes, you may fly if you are pregnant however we recommend you speak to your doctor before flying.
