Tour 6 takes off with your family from Sea World Helicopter’s terminal and climbs over the Broadwater. As your helicopter crosses the coast you will experience unforgettable views of the city’s towering high-rises including Gold Coast’s internationally recognised landmark, the Q1 Building. You will then journey north along the coastline and fly over Porpoise Point before banking left at South Stradbroke Island. On the return run to the terminal you will fly down the Broadwater and have breathtaking views of the city skyline and the rolling hinterland.

Tour 7 The Coastal City Experience will take you over the Broadwater before crossing the golden sand beaches of Main Beach and heading south along the coastline passing Surfers Paradise, which is home to the cities towering high-rises, including the iconic Q1 Building which stands at 1056 feet tall. As your helicopter soars towards Broadbeach, you will see distant stunning views of Point Danger and Burleigh Heads. Over Broadbeach your helicopter will make a descending turn and the journey north will showcase views of Surfers Paradise and Porpoise Point before making a turn over South Stradbroke Island. As you head back to the terminal, you will experience spectacular views of the city, the Broadwater, and Sea World Theme Park from above.

Tour 8 departs from Sea World Helicopter’s terminal and starts by soaring over the Broadwater and intersecting the coast south of Sea World. You will take in spectacular views of Surfers Paradise, the famous Q1 Building and Broadbeach – the ideal way to experience the coastal city sights. The helicopter then tracks inland towards Robina Town Centre. During this time, you will witness distant views of Gold Coast’s magical hinterland, including Mt Tamborine and Springbrook National Park. You will then journey towards Burleigh Heads, capturing views of Point Danger and Coolangatta in the distance. The helicopter will fly over Tallebudgera’s crystal blue creek before soaring around Burleigh Heads National Park. As you embark back north over the water, you will fly past the Q1 Building at around half its height and over Porpoise Point. To complete Tour 7, the helicopter will turn over South Stradbroke Island and fly down the Broadwater before arriving back at the helipads.

Tour 9 Departs from Sea World Helicopter’s terminal, then begins by climbing over the Broadwater before crossing the coast over the golden sands of Main Beach. Once the helicopter reaches the coastline, you will begin your journey south, passing some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic sights including towering high-rises and stretching coastal beaches. After experiencing the cities coastal views, you will then fly inland towards Robina Town Centre and witness distant views of Mt Tamborine, Springbrook National Park and the rest of Gold Coasts spectacular hinterland. You will then head further south before turning around over the Gold Coast Airport taking in views of Point Danger and Coolangatta. The journey back will showcase stunning views of Currumbin Creek, Elephant Rocks, Tallebudgera Creek, Burleigh Heads National Park, the Q1 and Porpoise Point. For the final leg of Tour 4, you will fly over South Stradbroke Island and descend over the Broadwater.

Tour 10 allows you to take in all the best locations on the Gold Coast. From the stretches of golden sand beaches, showcasing the city’s high rises to the rolling mountains, riverways, and waterfalls, it will have you experiencing the Gold Coast from a completely different perspective. Departing the Sea World Terminal, you will leave the coastline behind and get a birds-eye view of Advancetown Lake and Hinze Dam Wall before soaring along the mountains and exploring Springbrook’s famous waterfalls. The journey back will see you returning to the coast and finishing with a low-level flight along the breathtaking beaches and past the iconic Gold Coast skyline.
