Tangalooma Shipwrecks Scenic Helicopter Flight

Fly over the iconic Tangalooma shipwrecks on a 70-minute VIP helicopter tour with Ultra Helicopters, departing from the Gold Coast. This exclusive experience follows the coastline north into the Moreton Bay Marine Park, culminating in a dedicated aerial orbit above the wrecks, revealing their full scale and detail from a perspective rarely experienced.

Every booking includes exclusive use of our air-conditioned Airbus EC130 helicopter, with no shared passengers outside your group. On arrival, guests enjoy private access to the VIP lounge, with a complimentary glass of champagne for each passenger aged 18 and over to begin the experience.

Departing from our helipad adjacent to Sea World at Main Beach, you'll track north along the pristine coastline of South Stradbroke Island before travelling over North Stradbroke Island. 

As we fly over the amazing North Stradbroke waterways toward Moreton Island, make sure to be on the lookout for the incredible marine life. From the sky, you'll be able to spot an abundance of animals including dolphins, turtles, stingrays, schools of fish and even whales during the right season. 

Your flight will continue to track north over Moreton Island where unimaginable scenery made up of beautiful white sand and crystal-clear water will fill your view. An orbit will also be completed over the breathtaking Tangalooma shipwrecks, allowing you to get a better perspective of one of Australia's greatest snorkelling sites before you head back to the Gold Coast. When returning from your journey you'll be able to take in amazing views of Surfers Paradise, the Broadwater and even the beautiful hinterland in the distance.
